My family and I traveled to Greenwood, MS to this hotel and the service was beyond amazing. Super friendly staff! The housekeeper even asked, do you all need anything? -at check- in. Rooms were well kelp and clean. The breakfast had a really good variety of items to choose from. Everything was fresh and delicious. Kid-friendly. Would stay here again.
The rooms are really nice since the remodel, and Marcus the evening attendant is extremely helpful, he even recommended a nice restaurant that I wouldn’t have even noticed if it wasn’t for him.
Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Greenwood, MS Monday 01/27/2025 - Tuesday 01/28/2025. Location is in the business district of the city being a good thing. I was disappointed with the exit entrance door not being accessible to reenter the building, causing clients to walk around to the front entrance to reenter. I made the 1-night room reservation online requesting a first floor room. Online stated first floor rooms were available so I locked in my reservation. Upon arrival, the young lady advised that the only available first floor rooms was a handicapped room - room 112 at the very end of the hallway. Reluctantly I agreed to take the room. Upon entering, I immediately noticed the poor upkeep of the bathroom… more specific of the uncleanliness around the toilet . Otherwise, the room was comfortable. On Tuesday during checkout, I made employee Danielle aware of the uncleanliness of the bathroom. Danielle was very understanding & hospitable added that she is sorry for the uncleanliness & will make the situation right. I was not requesting or demanding anything in return for the uncleanliness, but Danielle went above & beyond to ensure I was happy & would return for future visits. Danielle customer service skills & concerns convinced me to stay with the Hampton Inn - Greenwood, MS again in the near future. Rooms - 2 ⭐’s Service - 5 ⭐’s Location - 5 ⭐’s

Clean and comfortable. The Staff were pleasantly friendly. They went above and beyond to make my whole family comfortable and welcome. Free water and snacks. The breakfast was amazing! Thank you Mia and the other staff members! From the decor to the moon pies, everything was great!!
Hotel is great! The rooms were nice and very clean! I was very pleased with the room. (Thank you). I couldn't get the wifi to work. Very little TV channels but it worked. Pool was closed so I can't comment on that. The breafast... was like hospital food I've had better breakfast in cheaper hotels. Milk was warm, eggs were nasty, orange juice was way to watered down, but the eating area was very clean. A customer asked for a bagel she didn't have any more ready he seemed rude to me but the worker made extra and he left(to me she went above and beyond to please him for him to be rude and walk away). Over all I was please.
The rooms are nice, the bathroom could use upgrades, but no biggie. I was with lots of family and I like the lobby area as we were able to gather in the evenings there with no problem. The breakfast was regular continental nothing special and no complaints.
Quick check in/check-out. They were able to get the computer fixed so my niece could work on her online classes. Breakfast 1st day was horrible. Juices were flat. Best thing was the waffles you make yourself. Room, bed was decent. Loved the hot shower. Blow dryer didn't work but they replaced it promptly. Staff,housekeeping were nice. Parking near the building entrances. Main dislike: breakfast.
Stopped in here when passing through for a last minute stop over. Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable & very spacious. Sometimes could get a random smell of smoke but not the whole time, and could hear people talking quite loudly throughout the night but not sure if this was other rooms or from outside. The amenities provided are good quality not dodgy like some places. Shower was a bit hit and miss , seemed to run only really hot or really cold , but we were only here for one night. the free breakfast is really good, staff are again onsite and happy to help with anything you need. Overall this place is a pretty good stay, and super affordable. It’s nice to see staff really happy and friendly and genuinely kind/caring. What a great team :) thanks for making our one night stopover comfortable and welcoming.
Hotel was pretty good. Truck parking on the other side of the fence, but the elevator hasn't worked for months.
